Return Policy 

If you are unsatisfied with our products for any reason, you may exchange them for a full refund/store credit, depending on the situation, minus the return shipping cost. The product is eligible for a refund up to 15 days after the delivery date documented by the postal service tracking, with the exception of wigs, extensions, wig caps, wig bands, gummies and other consumable products, and other items that we decide cannot be returned for specific reasons.

Our return policy may change at anytime. 

Due to Covid health restrictions there may be tighter regulations on product returns - this may change at anytime, with or without notice. 

Product Return Guidelines 

The product should not be used in an excessive amount, other than the amount needed to determine whether the product will work for you or not. We understand that a small amount will be used in order for you or your customers to know whether you love it or not. 

In the case that we suspect an abundance of product was used/or "re-bottled" a refund will not be accepted and you will be notified via email. 

In any case we can decide that a refund will not be accepted in which case you will be notified via email. 


In the case that a refund is accepted, the refund can only be issued in store credit or in select cases, to the credit card/payment that was used at checkout. If for some reason this payment method is no longer valid a store credit will be issued. 

Refunds will not be issued for extended shipping times.

Refunds will not be issued on any final sale items such as wigs, hair extensions, gummies, other consumable products. 

Refunds will not be issued for any reason other than the product did not match your color/shade or the item is defected. 


An order may be canceled up to 12 hours after initial purchase for a full refund. You must email support to initiate your cancelation. If it has been longer than 12 hours you must wait until the order has been delivered and you can follow the return policy listed above. Cancellations will not be granted due to extended shipping timeframes. We will continue to stay transparent during high volume/slower shipping times. At the full discretion of our staff, there may be incidents where tran.scend agrees to canceling an order past the 12 hour order window, in which case the order can only be refunded as a store credit (no exceptions). 


Sampling is not allowed by the use of our return policy. If we suspect that an Affiliate or customer is sampling our products and returning them on a regular basis we have the right to revoke your ability to accept your returns at any time. 

Out of stock/Backorders

In some cases, our products may become out of stock or be placed on backorder due to high demand. If an item is out of stock, you may be refunded via store credit with or without notification. If you have any questions regarding an item that you have been refunded for, please feel free to email customer support. 

Transcend Returns: 

Transcend items may be returned up to 15 days after they are received.

Return Instructions: 

1. Email customer support regarding the reason for your return and your order number.

2. You will have 7 business days after your return is approved to return your items.


Please note, the return may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or declined if the above criteria are not met.


Transcend Lifestyle Co. Returns

TLC items may be returned up to 7 days after they are received. 

Return Instructions:

1. Email customer support  regarding the reason for your return and your order number.

2. You will be emailed with your return authorization number. Return auth number must be included with the return.

3. All items returned must be new, unworn, and in original clear garment bag with SKU sticker and tags.

4. Send return back within 7 business days of this submission to:

Please note, the return may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or declined if the above criteria are not met.


Affiliate Payout & Returns: 

If an order was placed through an affiliate's link, and a return was accepted and refunded the Affiliate will no longer earn commission on that order. Because we payout weekly, there is a chance that the affiliate was already compensated for the order, in which case it will be deducted from their next payout.
