Affiliate Terms & Conditions
Thanks for considering our brand affiliate program! Our company is dedicated to providing the cleanest products, the best quality, at an amazing price, while compensating our Affiliates their true worth. Since we don’t know every one of our Affiliates personally, we’ve created some terms to set everybody’s expectations.
When we say “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us” in this document, we are referring to tran.scend.
When we say “Services”, we mean any product created and maintained by the Company.
These terms may be updated at any time in the future.
Please read this document in its entirety before accepting to become a brand Affiliate of the Company.
Eligibility
To become an Affiliate of the Company, you must:
Be 18 years of age or older
Have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
Be in good standing with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC)
Own social media accounts
Engagement
As a brand Affiliate of the company you agree to:
Create, post, and share content that promotes the Company’s services
Promote your unique promo code to increase sales for the Company.
Restrictions
As a brand Affiliate you agree not to:
Make any guarantees, representations, or warranties on behalf of the Company, other than the ones provided in the marketing material.
Spam or promoting the Company in a way that violates any laws or regulations.
Promote the company in any sexually explicit, violent, political, discriminatory, unlawful, threatening, illegal, or otherwise objectional content - subject to the sole direction of the Company.
Engage in any fraudulent activity that would artificially affect any social media metrics such as, but not limited to, likes, follows, shares, and views.
Create multiple Influencer & Affiliate accounts or use more than one promo code.
Misrepresent or modify the price of the Company’s services
The Company reserves the right to request removal or modification of any Affiliate content in its sole discretion.
Disclosure
The Affiliate agrees to disclose the material connection between them and the Company.
The Affiliate may used text such as “#sponsored” or “#ad” to disclose this relationship.
The disclosure should be clear and follow all guidelines by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC)
Compensation
The Affiliate will be paid 25%-50% of every sale generated through their replicated link.
This percentage is subject to change by the Company at any time.
The Affiliate is solely responsible for any and all tax obligations.
If at anytime an Affiliate opens a chargeback with the company they will automatically be terminated as an Affiliate.
Intellectual Property Rights
Content:
The Affiliate grants the Company a worldwide, irrevocable, sub-licensable, non-exclusive license to use the content the Affiliate creates to promote the Company’s services, in any manner, in whole or in part, in perpetuity. This includes, but is not limited to, social media, advertising, publications, marketing material, or any other form of media.
The company content:
The company grants the Affiliate a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to use the Company's name, logo, slogans, promo codes, likeness, and other advertising material solely for the purpose of this Influencer & Affiliate agreement. The company retains all rights to their content.
Termination
The company may terminate the relationship with the Affiliate at any time for any reason with or without cause.
The Affiliate may terminate the relationship with the company at any time by cancelling their membership through the website. It is the full responsibility of the Affiliate to follow the steps outlined on the website to begin and end their membership/subscription. If a membership is not cancelled prior to 3 business days before the subscription/membership charge date a refund WILL NOT be issued on that month/year's membership fee, no exceptions.
Affiliate Memberships (monthly, annual, or otherwise) are non-refundable. Upon purchasing your membership or using the JOINFREE option, you are in contract with a third-party subscription company to automatically deduct your monthly/annual fee from the credit/debit card used on the initial "purchase" day. If the funds are not available at the time of deduction the system will continue to attempt deductions until the fee is paid as agreed or you have ended the agreement by cancelling your membership/subscription. If funds are not able to be deducted within a 30 day period, one reminder email will be sent to the email on file. If the funds are then still not able to be deducted your membership perks will be disabled until the agreed upon fee is deducted. Tran.scend has the right to end the Affiliate Membership at this time. You may rejoin at anytime, by re-purchasing the membership from the website. All fees paid to become an affiliate including but not limited to any monthly/annual fees, or products purchased associated with being an affiliate, will not be refunded.
When "purchasing" your membership you are agreeing to the terms outlined in this Influencer/Affiliate Agreement.
Liability Limitations
You expressly agree and understand that the Company shall not be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential or any other damages including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profit, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from the Affiliate program.
Compensation
The company does not promise or confirm that you will be compensated upon this agreement. The amount profited in the form of commission is solely up to the Affiliate. We ask our Affiliates to never make any medical or financial claims when it comes to our programs and/or products.
Affiliate Marketing
You may not have a Preferred Customer & an Affiliate relationship with the company at the same time. If you wish to become a paid Affiliate (25-50% commissions) and the ability to grow a downline you may purchase an Affiliate membership from the main website at anytime, at which time your Influencer role will be canceled.
BY LAW: Upon entering the contract (which happens when you agree to join) you are agreeing to the above Affiliate Agreement.
Managing Your Membership
Affiliates are responsible for managing their own memberships/subscriptions. You have the ability to begin or cancel your subscriptions/memberships at anytime.
